ANIS Associazione Nazionale Istruttori Subacquei
The A. N.I.S. National Association of Diving Instructors was founded in 1975 and is present throughout the country and in many foreign countries. The A. N.I.S. has developed its own teaching that, stemming from the experience of its founders, and professionals from racing and working both civilian and military, has a definite place in teaching Italian and international awards in the field of professionalism. The Association has been working since 1983 with the Swimming Federation Sec. Rescue and since 1987, with the Civil Defence, with the WWF, with the Navy for the identification of biomarkers, with the STAS (Technical Service Underwater Archaeology) of the Ministry of Culture.
